Quick answer: The free Resonance live session has moved from Thursdays to Wednesdays at 11:00 AM ET. The first Wednesday room is August 26, 2026. The time is the same, the Zoom link is the same, and the format is the same. If you're already registered, there is nothing for you to do.
Old: Thursdays, 11:00 AM ET.
New: Wednesdays, 11:00 AM ET — from August 26, 2026.
Same hour. Same Zoom link. Same three things in every call. Free, no card required.
Next live session: Wednesday, 11:00 AM ETWhat is changing
One thing: the day. Starting Wednesday, August 26, 2026, the free live nervous system regulation session runs every Wednesday at 11:00 AM Eastern instead of every Thursday. That's the whole change.
What is not changing
The hour is untouched — 11:00 AM ET, an hour long, on Zoom. The registration link is untouched, and one registration still covers every week, so nobody needs to sign up again. The shape of the call is untouched too: a nervous system regulation tip you can use that week, a live group training where Pen teaches the why and the how and answers what's actually in the room, and a guided vocal toning practice. Every session is still recorded, so an 11:00 meeting still doesn't cost you the week.
You still come in muted. Camera off is still completely fine. Pen can still unmute individual people when he opens the floor, and only with your say-so. If any of that is new to you, what actually happens in a Resonance session walks through the hour in detail.
Why Wednesday
Because of where the week bends. By Thursday most people are already carrying four days of accumulated load, and the practice lands on a system that has spent its reserves — useful, but it's triage. Wednesday sits at the hinge. You arrive with enough of the week behind you to know what's actually happening in your body, and enough of it ahead that a downshift changes how the rest of it goes.
That matters more than it sounds, because the thing that fails is never the knowledge. Almost everyone reading this already knows a longer exhale settles them. What doesn't happen is doing it on a day when it would have mattered. Midweek is the day it tends to matter, and the day the practice has somewhere to go afterwards — which is the same reason urgency stops being a usable fuel once the week gets long enough.
The practical reason sits alongside the physiological one: Wednesday mornings collide with fewer standing meetings and fewer end-of-week deadlines than Thursday mornings do. More of the people who want the room can actually be in it.
If you were coming on Thursdays
Nothing breaks. Your registration carries across and the calendar invite from Zoom updates with it. The one thing worth doing today is moving your own mental slot: the room you used to hold on Thursday morning is now on Wednesday morning, one day earlier, same time.
Thursday, August 20 was the last Thursday session. The first Wednesday session is August 26.
