Holistic nervous system coaching for ADHD.
You can't build steady focus on a nervous system that's always bracing for the next crash. So we start there — and the steadiness compounds into focus and follow-through you can count on. For high-performing adults with ADHD who are tired of running on pressure.
There are two ways in. Join the Resonance Membership and practice with us every week — your first month is free. Or work with Pen one-on-one, starting with a free clarity call.
The Resonance Membership
A monthly membership for learning to regulate your nervous system — one live practice a week, with Pen and a small group doing the work alongside you.
A live call every week, a practice guide you keep every other week, and no pressure to perform.
It's $37/month with your first month free — and you can cancel anytime, in one email to Pen.
What you get
One call, every Wednesday at 11:00 AM ET on Zoom. Join live, or watch the replay whenever it fits. Each call holds all three of these:
- —A nervous system regulation tip — one small, doable shift for the week ahead. Not another system to keep up with.
- —A live group training — Pen teaching the why and the how, live, and answering what's actually coming up for the room.
- —A guided vocal toning practice — your own voice as the instrument. Humming and toning work the vagus nerve directly through your vocal cords.
- —A downloadable practice guide (PDF) — every two weeks, one short guide you can keep: the practice written out plainly, so you have something to return to between calls. Print it, save it, come back to it in six months. It's yours.
On the live call you're muted and simply listening — no pressure to perform, ever. Camera off is fine. Every call is recorded, so missing one costs you nothing.
Your first month is free. Cancel anytime.

What this looks
like day to day.
You've tried the systems, the supplements, the accountability partners — maybe a prescription or two. And still, some quiet part of you feels one hard week away from unraveling.
That's not a discipline problem. No one ever showed you how your nervous system works — or how gently it can learn to settle.
- Focus tends to arrive only when something is urgent or overdue
- There's a low hum of tension, even when nothing is really wrong
- Emotions can land faster and bigger than you'd like
- Your days swing between deep hyperfocus and complete shutdown
- Rest can leave you more anxious instead of less
- You look steady on the outside while feeling hollow underneath
- You've been on medication for years and still don't quite feel like you
ADHD isn't a
discipline problem.
It's a nervous system one.
Every productivity system and habit stack was designed for a brain with steady, predictable dopamine. Yours doesn't work that way, and willpower was never going to change that. It isn't a flaw in you.
The focus struggles, the emotional swings, the inconsistency — they grow from the same root: a system that learned long ago to run on threat and urgency instead of safety.
You can't build steady performance on a nervous system that never feels safe. The foundation comes first — and it can be rebuilt.
What's the hardest
part day-to-day?
There's no wrong answer — pick the one that fits most often.
How long has this
pattern been running
the show?
Roughly is fine.
What have you
already tried?
Pick the one that's closest.
What has this been
costing you lately?
Be honest — this just shapes your result.
How ready are you
to commit to a
structured process?
1:1 work is a 90-day commitment, not a quick fix.

Notice Where You're Holding
Most high-performing adults with ADHD carry a chronic tension they've stopped noticing. Together we bring it into view — in the body, the emotions, the daily patterns — before changing anything.
Build Safety Inside Your System
With somatic practices, breathwork, and small daily shifts, we create the conditions where your nervous system can soften. Not forced calm — a real, felt sense of safety.
Replace Force With Steadiness
Once your system has a steadier baseline, we rebuild focus, follow-through, and emotional balance on a foundation that no longer needs pressure to hold it up.
I spent 17 years on stimulants before I understood what was actually wrong.
I grew up in New York City, diagnosed with ADHD early, handed a prescription, and told to get on with it. For years I did — and by most metrics, it worked. I became an elite ski racer. I built companies. I performed.
What nobody saw was the internal cost. The chronic tension. The emotional crashes. The inability to rest. The growing suspicion that I couldn't function without medication — and the quiet dread of what that meant.
After three burnouts and 17 years, I finally asked the question nobody had asked me: what is the medication actually doing to my nervous system over time? The answer changed everything.
I worked with my physician to taper off stimulants and spent two years rebuilding my regulation capacity from the ground up — using neuroscience, somatic practice, nutritional psychiatry, and behavioral psychology. What I built held in a way nothing before it had.
PKJ Coaching exists to give other high-performing adults with ADHD what I didn't have: a guide, a framework, and a container to do this work — without figuring it out alone over two decades.

about this work.
Pen has some deep knowledge around wellness and health. I deeply trust him when it comes to the mind and body.
Pen really helped me build my self-confidence and improve my body composition. I have never felt better in my life.
I stopped white-knuckling my way through every day. This work gave me a way to actually settle down instead of just pushing harder. First time in years my evenings feel like mine again.
I came in skeptical and burnt out. Working with Pen, I finally understood why I kept crashing — and had simple things that actually helped. It was the clearest my head has felt in a long time.
Take the whole first month on the house. Sit in the live calls, tone with us, try the weekly tips. If your nervous system doesn't feel different, cancel before the month is up and you're never charged. Cancel anytime after, too — email Pen directly. No form. No questions.
Want to do this work 1:1?
For a small number of clients each season, Pen works privately — a 90-day, high-touch container built around your nervous system, your history, and your life.
It's selective by design. The way in is a short application and a free clarity call — no pitch, no pressure, and you'll leave with something useful whether or not you enroll.
- The morning dread eases — you start your day without bracing for it
- Focus stops depending on panic, urgency, or a looming deadline
- Your evenings feel like yours again, instead of recovery time
- You stop white-knuckling and start trusting your own steadiness
- Performance that holds up on a regular week, not just a crisis one
Coaching, not treatment — designed to help you build these, not a guarantee. Individual results vary.
Private 1:1 Coaching
By application after your call. Pen takes only a few 1:1 clients each season.
- You're a high-performing adult with ADHD who's exhausted
- You rely on urgency or pressure to perform
- You've tried systems and want something deeper
Free clarity call. No commitment required.
