Free · 45 minutes · with Pen

Let's find out what's actually going on.

Forty-five minutes, no cost, no pitch. You describe what your days feel like right now — the crashes, the bracing, the thing you keep white-knuckling — and Pen tells you honestly what he thinks is dysregulating you and what would help. Including if that's nothing with us.

Pick a time

Nothing to prepare · camera optional · no follow-up sequence

This call is how 1:1 with Pen starts — 90 days, weekly calls, measured daily, application only. You don't have to want that to book it.

What we'll cover

Where you're spending nervous system energy, what pattern keeps repeating, and which one change would take the most load off first.

What it isn't

Not a sales call and not therapy. Nobody will chase you afterward. Plenty of these calls end with "keep doing what you're doing."

Before you book

Nothing to prepare. Come as you are — tired is fine. If a quieter start suits you better, do a 60-second reset first — no card, no signup, and nobody watching.

Is this you?

The people who book this call usually recognise themselves here

Nothing to submit and nothing is scored. If three or four of these land, the call will be a good use of forty-five minutes.

  • You look fine from the outside. Nobody at work would guess how much it costs you to keep it that way.
  • You get things done, but only once the deadline is close enough to be frightening.
  • You have read the books, bought the apps and built the systems. They work for about two weeks.
  • Your medication helped, and lately it is not doing what it used to.
  • You are wired all day and wrecked all evening, and rest does not seem to reach the tiredness.
  • A short piece of feedback can take your whole day, and you know that is out of proportion.
  • You hold it together at work and come apart at home, with the people you least want to snap at.
  • Some part of you suspects that if you stopped pushing for a week, everything would fall down.

If none of that is you but something else is, book anyway and say so — forty-five minutes is enough to find out. If you would rather read first, the essay on high-performing adults with ADHD covers most of this list, and the answer library covers the practical questions in a paragraph each.

What happens

How the forty-five minutes actually go

It is a video call. You can keep your camera off. There is no form to fill in first and nothing to prepare.

0–10 min

You describe the week you are actually having

Not your history and not a diagnosis story — just what the last few days have felt like from the inside. Pen mostly listens.

10–30 min

Pen asks a handful of specific questions

When the crashes land, what the evenings look like, where the bracing sits in your day. The questions are about your nervous system, not your calendar.

30–45 min

He tells you what he thinks and what he would do first

Straight, in plain language, including when the honest answer is that you do not need coaching, or that you need a clinician rather than a coach.

After

You leave with one thing to try

Whatever you decide about working together, you get something concrete you can use that week. If it is a fit, Pen will say so once and leave it with you.

What this call is not

  • Not a sales call. There is no pitch and no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
  • Not therapy. Coaching is not treatment and does not replace medical or psychiatric care.
  • Not medical advice. Pen will not comment on your dose. That conversation belongs with your prescriber.
  • No obligation. Nothing is decided on the call, and nobody chases you afterwards.

Working with Pen has been an amazing experience! He’s very responsive and will listen to what you have to say, plus he always gives great advice. You will get a lot done in a short amount of time when working with Pen and I highly encourage you to! Whatever your goals are, he has a solution.
