Measure what the resets are actually doing
A free account adds one thing to the reset library: measurement. Once a week, on the back of a reset you chose to do, you answer five questions — about thirty seconds — and get a read on where your nervous system is sitting. Over a few weeks that becomes a direction of travel, plus an answer to a question guesswork can’t settle: which of the twelve resets actually work for you.
All twelve resets are free and open with no account at all — use them here. An account exists only so the numbers have somewhere to live.

My nervous system
Your regulation, over time
This week’s check
The Regulation Index is a PKJ self-tracking scale. It was written for this site, on constructs drawn from the published stress, autonomic and sleep literature, and it has not been psychometrically validated: it has no norms, no cutoffs and no diagnostic meaning. It is a way of noticing your own direction of travel between resets, nothing more. It cannot screen for or rule out any condition. If you are struggling, talk to a clinician.
