This page explains what coaching with Pen is, who it is for, and how to start with a free 30-minute call.
No obligation. See whether coaching fits.
Who this is for: adults with ADHD who feel stuck or overwhelmed and want practical support.
Who it is not for: anyone looking for therapy, diagnosis, medication advice or crisis care.
What one-on-one coaching is
You and Pen meet online, one to one. You work on what keeps getting in your way, like starting tasks, stress, sleep or burnout.
Pen helps you calm your body’s stress first. Then you build habits that still work on hard days.
Pen calls this coaching Convergence. It simply means one-on-one coaching with Pen.
Who it is for
- Adults who have ADHD, or think they might.
- People who get things done, but it costs them a lot.
- People who have tried apps and systems that did not last.
- People who feel wired, tired or on edge most days.
Who it is not for
Coaching is not therapy or medical care. If you need treatment, please see a doctor or therapist.
Pen can work alongside your doctor or therapist, but never instead of them. He will not tell you to change a medicine.
What the free call is
- A 30-minute video call with Pen. Your camera can stay off.
- You talk about what has been hard. Pen asks a few questions.
- You leave with one next step you can try this week.
- It’s free, and there is no pressure to sign up.
If coaching looks like a good fit, Pen will say so and share the details on the call.
