You can't build lasting wealth or high performance on a nervous system that's always bracing for the next crash — so Resonance starts there. Begin with Pen's weekly nervous system newsletter and your free first practice, sent straight to your inbox. When you're ready for the room itself, Resonance is a monthly membership for high-achieving adults with ADHD running on contracted energy instead of rest: every week, one new regulation tip, a live group training with Pen, and a vocal toning experience that settles your system through your own voice.
These are four simple ways to help your nervous system settle. Each one gently works with your vagus nerve — the body's main calming pathway — to ease your stress response in under a minute. No equipment, no setup, and free to try before you decide on anything.
Close your mouth and hum a low, steady note on your out-breath for 8–12 seconds. Feel it gently vibrate in your chest. Repeat five times. That soft vibration works your vagus nerve through your vocal cords — the same calming pathway that medical devices are built to reach.
Open your mouth and let a relaxed "ahhh" fall out on the out-breath — hold it for 10–15 seconds. This opens things up more than humming, sending a deeper vibration through your chest and an even stronger signal to your body that it's safe to soften. Repeat four to six times.
Open your mouth wide and stretch your tongue down toward your chin, as far as feels comfortable. Hold for at least 40 seconds while breathing slowly through your nose. This gently engages the nerves at the back of your mouth and throat, sending a clear "you can stand down now" message to the base of your brain.
Open your jaw as wide as you can — like a big yawn — and hold for 10–15 seconds while breathing slowly. Let it close gently. Repeat three times. The jaw is one of the places we quietly store the most tension; this stretch works the major facial nerve that connects straight to the part of the brain shaping how alert or on-edge you feel.

Most ADHD support speaks only to the brain. PKJ Coaching works with all three of the body's intelligent systems — because in ADHD all three are involved, and lasting calm asks for all three to be part of the picture.
This is why "top-down" fixes — strategies, systems, willpower — so often struggle to hold. Your body has a louder vote than your thinking brain. Working with the body isn't alternative medicine; it's simply where the evidence points.
Pinpoint the specific way your nervous system contracts before it ever reaches your to-do list. You can't release a pattern you can't see. This one is free, and you don't need a membership to get it — it's the practice we send everyone first.
Each week, a new nervous system regulation tip lands in your inbox — one specific, doable thing to try. Not a curriculum to fall behind on. Not another system stacked on top of a system. Just the next small move, every week, so regulation becomes something you practice instead of something you read about.
Every Wednesday at 11:00 AM ET, Pen runs a free live group training on Zoom — open to everyone in the membership. You come in muted and simply listen; there's no pressure to speak, perform, or even turn your camera on. When Pen opens the floor, he can unmute individual people so they can ask a question out loud. And every call is recorded, so a meeting at 11 doesn't mean you miss it.
A guided vocal toning experience each week — humming, sustained tones, and sound work that vibrates through your chest and throat. This is the most literal resonance there is: your vocal cords sit right against the vagus nerve, so toning is one of the most direct ways to tell your body it's safe to soften. No singing ability required. Nobody is listening to you.
The third meaning of the word. Week after week you're in a room with other high-performing adults who know exactly what the bracing feels like — and who are practicing their way out of it too. Your first month is free, and you can leave anytime.
Resonance exists for the in-between moment — when you know the contraction-and-burnout cycle is real, but a bigger commitment feels like too much too fast. It's a way to feel the shift in your own nervous system, week after week, before you decide what comes next.
And a membership is honest about how this actually works. Nervous system regulation isn't a thing you buy once and finish; it's a frequency you keep returning to until it becomes your default. That's why the rhythm is weekly and why the room stays open. If all you ever do is Resonance, you'll still walk away with language for what's happening in your body, tools that work, and a steadier baseline for the focus and follow-through everything else is built on. The first month is free, and the door swings both ways — never required.
Most people come for Resonance. A few go deeper with the full 90-day 1:1 work. There's no pressure to do more than what's in front of you — but here's the path, so you can see where you are.
You could keep pushing through the way you have been — or you could come into resonance: one small tip a week, a live room every Wednesday, your own voice settling your system, and a steadiness that starts compounding into focus, follow-through, and earning power. Your first month is free. Come see how it feels.
