- Regulating first: breathwork, vocal toning and gratitude practices you can do in a minute, in real life
- Working on the beliefs that keep you stuck, so the new habits have somewhere to land
- Pen's A and B framework, part of the method from the first sessions
- Weekly calls, a clear roadmap, and support between sessions
- Measuring again near the end so you can see what has changed for you
Everyone's results are different. There are no guarantees.

For anyone who would rather read it
Most people with ADHD do not have a knowledge problem. You have read the books and tried the planners. What changes from one week to the next is how loaded your nervous system is: poor sleep, a heavy week, one hard conversation, and the plan falls apart. Then the story becomes 'something is wrong with me.'
The Convergence Method starts from regulation. Pen's own method brings together several practices that people have used for a long time to calm and steady the body and mind: breathwork, vocal toning, gratitude, working with limiting beliefs, and the A and B framework. Rather than handing you five separate techniques, we combine them into one routine that fits your week.
We measure at the start and again near the end, so progress is something you can see and not only something you feel.
It is one-to-one, with weekly calls, a roadmap and support between sessions. It is coaching: practical, structured, and built around you.
Questions people ask
Who is this for?
People with ADHD, including teens and people in their twenties working with a parent's support where appropriate, who want a structured, personal plan instead of another app or planner.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. It does not diagnose any condition, it is not medical care, and it is not a replacement for care from a doctor or therapist. If you take medication, any decisions about it stay with your prescriber.
What happens after I click the button?
You go to the enrollment page, where you can see exactly what is included and the current terms before you decide.
How is it different from an ADHD app or a course?
It is one-on-one, and it is built around regulation, not just planning. The practices are combined into one method and fitted to your week, then adjusted as we go.
Can I try something first?
Yes. The free 60-second check at /measure takes about a minute, and you can book a free 30-minute call from pkjcoaching.com.
