Every row is someone who signed up for the free Wednesday room or the membership through /live. The list is ours — it lives in this site’s own database, not only in Zoom and not only in Kit. Not in Kit flags a signup that Kit refused or was unreachable for: the person is still on this list and still got into the room, but they will not be receiving the sequence until the address is re-synced.
